| Written by admin | | Saturday, 27 September 2008 | There’s a huge market in netbooks and being a latecomer in the netbook industry, I believe AMD has everything to loose should they decide to compete with Intel’s Atom. However, recent news released by AMD has somehow hinted that they might instead focus on the ultraportables instead.
On the other hand, focusing on ‘higher-end’ market might also bring in better revenue for AMD – rather than spending billions in developing a technology which yields little ‘value’ when sold to consumers.
I believe that AMD might just roll out their own version of dual-core processors for ultraportables instead. Furthermore, it’s much more powerful when compared to Intel’s Atom.

Well, for fans of Minority Report’s state of the art computer systems, there’s a slight hint that you can own such a system in the future!
Dubbed as the G-Speak, it features gestural input/output interface, recombinant networking, and real-world pixels which generally revolutionize computer interface as a whole – since the launch of the Windows products.
Not sure this OS would be released to the public – I’m pretty sure enforcement agencies would definitely have an edge by incorporating such system into their crime investigation efforts. | | Economic Downturn: Good or Bad? | | | |

Literally, it depends on how you see the situation. Although there might be limited opportunity for you to explore during these tough times, there are in fact hidden niches which you can explore.
