The British loves tiny little vehicles and recently a car manufacturer disclosed that they would be unveiling their flagship electric car to the market, dubbed as the Bee.One electric car.
According to news sources, this particular car would come with 5 doors and what’s even more impressive is the fact that a single charge can give you a maximum range of 200 miles. On the other hand, the car isn’t slow – it can travel at a constant speed of 80 miles per hours.
Bee.One would also house a 3G connection, which would be constantly linked for the car’s management and performance system software monitoring and updates.
And as for the pricing, the Bee.One would most likely cost £12,000 ($17,700) plus the recent government subsidy of £5000 ($7400) which makes the car one of the most affordable in the market, roughly costing you about £7,000.
The Bee.One is set for mass production in 2011 – I’m sure that the British would be looking forward to own an electric vehicle.
